We would refund within 14 days of delivery of the returned items in the form of using the method of payment used. No additional fees apply.
Conditions for Returns
To return a product, it must:
- Be purchased in the last 7 days.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Must not be damaged.
Non- Returnable products
- Customized or personalized products.
- Perishable goods and those that go out of date.
- Damaged ones
In case the product is not up to these standards, we may refuse returns.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage during the return process.
We suggest reliable, insured, and deliverable shipping procedure since we cannot give back the items that were lost or damaged during the delivery. Only after we receive the returned product, the refunds will be done.
